Your mom has to sign the title over to you , maybe you can send it to her in the mail. if you get pulled over just pray and hope the cop is nice . I drove with my Mississippi title, tag, and no insurance for three years while I was in Michigan . My tag was also expired the whole time, and i only got two tickets. One for speeding and one for no registration. Just work your charm

confident its extra undemanding than you think of. All you are able to desire to do is out the back of your registration card along with his counsel and deliver that to the ca dmv. You sign your identify over to him with the date confirm to sign the leinholder area of the identify. he then desires to take the automobile right down to the dmv with the identify and that they'll supply him a sparkling identify and plates for south carolina. you're actually not likely to have any problems with this examine with the motorcars in basic terms before time to work out if the identify could be notorized. if so maximum banks try this as a loose provider which comprise your account in the economic organisation.
