I'm being charged 2 times for inside wiring,WHY? I even
tried the 1-800 number and didn't get through.

yes, that's another reason I don't have bell anymore, they have screwed me over long enough!!! you stay on the line for 43 minutes just waiting....I feel for ya!!!

Inside wiring (wire protection) is one of the many, many ways Bell South (now AT&T) makes even more money.

Somehow or another, you signed up for it: either through a calling package or a sales call (even if you called in).

I had the same thing happen to me. I didn't have, nor did I want, wire protection. SBC (now AT&T) added it for me after I had a damaged external line last January.

They never took it off, even after I requested.

I switched to MCI and I have not had any surprises, nor do I hold for an hour for customer service.

I have bellsouth...I HATE Bellsouth...as soon as Wildblue is available here, I'm going satellite. Good Luck getting this solved!!
