What does it mean if it says pay-per-use technical support. Does any one use thinkwave grade book?

also does anyone use gradebook power by wisco computing? what is the best free gradebook on your computer that you dont have to enter a school name/ zip code?

pay per use technical support is kinda like a 1-900 number. You can call them to help you.

I don't use this program but if a software says pay per use technical support it just means if you need technical support it is not free, you have to pay an amount each time you need tecnical support help.
