I would say so but it is tough to implement. Keeping these people is a threat to the country.

I met a lot of these people in Vancouver, Toronto....One of these bad guys is a lecturer at UBC.

Some dictators even send their descendants here to acquire citizenships.

First of all, is China really run by a dictator & why do you think the right system for China is your system?. I ask this question because I have travelled the world extensively & if China is not a capitolist country today, than I don't know what is. Sure they are ruled by a single party but in the US, you have 2 parties i.e Republicans & Democrats, big deal ehh the difference?.

Look at Iraq, is your form of democracy working?. You may say it is for the benefit of the Iraqis that Saddam is gone but did you ask them?. Was there any WMD's in Iraq. Can you bring stability to the country now. Are you responsible for the deaths & chaos in Iraq today?. What gives you the right to say your system of government is the best & works for a society half way round the world?. BTW I do not support Saddam.

Furthermore just look at the crime rate & uncontrolled immigration in the US, is this what a nation is going to be?. No unity, no national language. Lawsuits & guns are considered freedom?. Yes, the people have the right to own a gun for fear that their government may one day be tyrants. So on that pretext, everyone buys a 9mm & starts shooting at each other?. Come on!.

I really think the perception in the west about China is skewed if not stupid. For example, the unions whine about how terrible all the factories are in 3rd world countries. That's true if they are operator by the locals. But standards are improving & if western companies operate in China (on Bangladesh), they bring western safety standards etc to their overseas plant. I know I was working in a plant in Jiading.

You question if anything is filled with ignorance. Sorry but that's my opinion and that is freedom of speech for you.

What exactly do you mean by support? If they have become citizens of the US, Canada, etc then I'd say they had severed whatever previous ties they had with their native countries.

no... but if they are already immigrants, why need the citizenship if they are still so supportive and nationalistic of their own countries?
