I do and I am not a Christian. Most people believe Speaking in Tongues started during the Pentecost and something that Christians does, but the facts are, this practice existed long before the Christian era.

No one today speaks in tongues as it was done in the Bible days. In Bible days people were able to speak in a language that they had not learned. It was a supernatural ability given by God. What the Pentecostals do today anyone can do, it is not supernatural, and you do not even have to be a Christian to do it. If you find anyone that disagrees with what I say they can prove me wrong simply by speaking in a language that they never learned. What the Pentecostals have done in order to make people believe that what they're doing is from God is to teach that there are two types of tongues, one, as it was done in the Bible, and second, a heavenly language which is never mentioned in the Bible. The two problems with the 2 types of tongues are that they cannot be found in the Bible, and secondly, that teaching only started about 50 years ago. If that teaching, of 2 types of tongues, was from God it should have been here for the whole 2000 years. Remember pentecostalism only started 100 years ago. What happened to the other 1800 years?

No, not anymore. Speaking in tounges was a gift given to those by God to back up phrophesy. When you speak in tounges, you can speak different languages......at the same time. So if you saw someone stand up and start talking in german, well yah thats great. Back then in the middle east alot of people new different languages. But, instead, you also heard italian and french as well. Thats pretty cool. Now, when people say " I speak in tounges", that is not correct. That gift died of a long time ago. God doesn't need to use it anymore. If people in church start to stand up and just scream out blibberish, they are doing a practice of self hypnosis, (they believe it will help them get closer to God). So no, in this day and age, no one should be able to speak in tounges like they use to.

Yes. However, you must first become a Christian, having accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour and be filled with the Holy Spirit. Speaking in tongues, is speaking in a heavenly language. The human being does not understand it, but God does. Read the book of Acts in the Bible for more details.
