do you know any natural way to remove scars?

about ten years back I was badly burned on about 40% of my arm 2nd and third degree, my naturopath Dr. told me to put vitamin E oil on it. My scar is still visable but considering that skin grafts were debated, it looks great it is rare that someone will notice it at all unless I point it out. My last BF didn't notice it till we had dated over 3 months :)
