If your referring to this kind of one-bite pecan pie

4 ozs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
3 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Directions

Beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Divide dough into 24 balls. Place 1 ball in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups; press onto bottoms and up sides of cups to form shells.

Beat egg lightly in small bowl. Add brown sugar and vanilla; mix well. Stir in pecans. Spoon evenly into pastry shells, filling each shell 3/4 full.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes; remove tarts from pans. Cool completely on wire racks. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Let stand until set.

the dough would be the cream cheese, butter, and flour mixture that has been chilling in your refrigerator for the last hour

is this the recipe you have?

one bite pecan pies
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted

BEAT cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Divide dough into 24 balls. Place 1 ball in each of 24 miniature muffin cups; press onto bottoms and up sides of cups to form shells. Beat egg lightly in small bowl. Add brown sugar and vanilla; mix well. Stir in pecans. Spoon evenly into pastry shells, filling each shell three-fourths full.
BAKE 25 min. or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 min.; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Let stand until set.

If so the ingriedients are above are to make the dough. so follow the recipe for making this dough and then refrigerate like it says for an hour then take it out and divide the dough up to make 24 balls. then like it says push a whole in them to make little cups then next it gives you the ingriedients for the filling. BEAT AN EGG SLIGHTLY IN BOWL ADD BROWN SUGAR ETC ETC LIKE ABOVE. THEN FILL EACH INDIVIDUAL CUP WITH THE FILLING AND BAKE

Pie dough. You can make it yourself or pick it up at the store, usually in the frozen food section

The quickest and easiest would be just to buy a roll of pillsbury pie crust. You just roll it and then can cut it into whatever size you need.

Possibly, it is sugar cookie dough. I couldn't really imagine what other dough it could be talking about.
