Take a minute or so to calm down. But know that God understands any intense emotion you may be feeling. As long as you keep your prayer respectful.
Abraham prayed once when he was intensely emotional. Right before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. God patiently listened. But Abraham kept it clean and respectful. Be you doing the same.

Pray to Mary first because She'll take all the swear words out and whatever happened to make you angry into this...She'll say Her prayer for you to our Jesus. "Hail Mary Full of Grace, The Lord is with You. Blessed Mary, Mother of God, Pray For Us Sinners Now and at the hour of our Death." Ok, go smoke a cigarette if you smoke and pray nine more times and Her Presense will take your anger to constructive problem solving and She Will pray for you and Her Son Jesus will protect you.
