food stamps are based on income...so, go apply to find out. If you don't work...then it is possible

Ohio students a couple years back used a housing loop hole for their benefit. Instead of living on campus, they were able to get section 8 housing. Think about, paying less than 200 dollars a month for housing. I assumed they stated their financial aid as their income. If they had loans, they could have asked for a lower amount. Once they showed this to the agency, they could go back and request for a higher amount. Now, the state of Ohio had to change their policy on section 8
