Vector...it tastes great and has a high percentage of the 22 vitamins and minerals you need.....a bit of yogurt and milk.....yummy. All the sugar cereals are just that, sugar, no nutritional value at all. Small wonder Americans are so obese.

Honey Bunches of Oats. It has a lot of variety - Honey Roasted, Almond, Strawberry, Peaches, and Bananas. It has whole grains, vitamin and minerals, and a good taste.
