ok when we do abs after our track workout, we only do crunches, crossovers, core, rocking chair, bicycle, side middle side, push ups, 6 inches, and another weird ab workout that I don't remember the name and pyrometrics and stretches. But the question is how do u do the rocking chair ab workout? So hard to coordinate.!!!!!!! And do you no other workouts that are good for the abs?

Bosu is the best "Core" workout, very popular with snow borders & skiers. It does wonders for men with the "Love Handle" problems. They have classes at gym's, or you can get at a sporting good store.

You want to break down an hour workout (which will work core for an hour)

20 Min's Cardio: Mountain climbers (Soft side up), ground jacks, jump and turns, & hopping over (back & forth). Guess what ... your whole core is engaged!!! Some groups will line up BOSU’s and have lines of ppl jump from one to another rapidly.

20 Min's Balance: Use Kick - Boxing moves: Stand still (8 seconds ---> increase seconds) on one leg with knee up then as balance increases practice snapping from knee up. This can be done on the soft side (most comfortable 4 beginners) or standing on flat side (advanced). Then side kicks: starting in frozen standing position. At first you'll feel like a maniac kid, but your engaging your core times 5 by doing this.

20 Min's Strength: My favorites are the "Super Man's" and "Dead Bug". Starting with the "Dead Bug" you want to center you back on the center of the squishy ball. Then you balance yourself so you look like a dead bug (legs up and arms up). From here you can go into reverse Superman by lowering your arms and legs and balancing on that tiny part of your back so you look like Superman floating upside down. Superman's can also be done on your side and stomach.

Basically, any "Floor" exercises or Yoga poses can be done on BOSU to intensify the workout 10 times. (20 Min's Strenght training)

Best Core workout ever!!!

Me, I do crunches, crossovers, I never did the rocking chair ab workout.

But one good one is to hang upside down by your knees from a bar and do a situp from there.

You can do some simple weight lifting like do some benching/ the bench. But in stead of just laying on your back and legs down, bend your knees and lift a little weight like 120lbs to start out. And I can tell you this it gave we some nice abs.

I mean I have abs, but not like the abs that guys have. My abs are there, but you cant see them that much only when I stretch out and lay on my back. And if you feel my stomach you can feel the abs.

You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

Start by cutting back on the fried and fatty foods and doughnuts and sodas and cakes and cookies and ....

Then the magic exercise you practice will be much more effective.
