More than likely yes, perhaps try low-fat or no-fat substitutes with the cheeses, and try sherbet or low-fat ice cream. The more calories and cholesterol you cut the better.

You might not want to eat the ice cream every day. I was at 130 and ate pretty much they same as this diet, and over the past 2 years I have gained 50 pounds:( I didnt even realize it now Im trying to get it all off. To make sure that you do not gain weight exercise!

That's pretty vague. Depends on what your dinner is made from and what your portion sizes resemble.
Potatoes make a great lunch but vary your toppings, and sometimes have cereal or toast with jam for breakfast. It's not good for your digestion to eat the same stuff every day.
Make sure dinner includes a lot of veggies and just go easy on the cream cheese, ice cream and other processed foods, but don't feel the need to deny yourself those treats altogether.

Add up the calories of your typical daily intake. Subtract the amount of calories your body needs daily plus the calories you burn through activity. If your intake exceeds your output, you will gain. If you burn more than you consume, you will lose. If the amount of calories you have listed above is equal to what your body needs, you will maintain your current weight.
As for your diet, I'm not sure I'd recommend cheese, cheese, ice cream, pizza/pasta on a daily bases but if that's what you like.........enjoy.

You sound like a good weight and you're probobly beautiful but if you want to maintain your weight or even lose some then I would suggest eating a bit less than this with more proteins and vegetables.

apart from your dinner its not very healthy... oh fruit is great too. have the icecream and bagels only occasionaly, try oatmeal instead for breakfast with some fruit. eggs are great too (scrambled or whatever) potaoes are ok but your better off varying your diet (not eating the same thing every day) it is recomended you eat between 20 and 30 different types of food per day (every little thing counts!) stick to fruit, veges, lean meat, low fat diary and wholegrains!!! 30 min of excercise per day is also essential for heart health! good luck : )

It looks like you're on a yo-yo syndrome with your weight. I would just focus on eating right for now. Ask your doctor for the right height-weight ratio for you. It's ok to gain weight but do with healthy.

just make sure you eat little meals throughout the day, im trying to gain weight too and i found that if i try to eat too much at one meal i get too full and feel sick, so eating little meals throughout the day works good. but if you can handle big meals at one time then do that PLUS eating little things througout the day. good luck!

You have a very balanced diet with a variety of foods. It's fine to treat yourself with something whenever you want to, as long as you are eating a variety of healthy foods.
