That depends on your body frame and health. Your doctor is the best person to tell you. All the BMI charts and "one weight fits all charts" are based on a homogenous set of data. I, for example, have a large frame and large breasts and I have hormone challenges. Thus, my "ideal" weight is much higher than someone with a tiny frame and smaller breasts. Body builders may be considered "obsese" from a purely weight standpoint on the BMI chart while their percent bodyfat will be next to nothing. Thats why nobody can tell you except someone who knows - so please ask your doctor.

Forget about a scale because everyone's body composition is different. Some people have more muscle mass and therefore the scale will have high numbers compared to someone who is naturally thin. Eat healthy, exercise and make sure YOU like what you see in the mirror!

120lbs.
If your less your considered underweight and unhealthy.
If you more your considered overweight and unhealthy.
But, if your like 5 pounds under or over then your fine.
Dont think if your 125 your fat and overweight. You have to be like 135 to be overweight, and 135 is still not bad.
But if your like 100 pounds, your UNHEALTHY.

Rather than guess what your weight should be.Have your PCP do a body mass index "BMI" exam on you and the results from that should be your guide.
