I've always been slender. About a year ago, I started becoming super active, and I lost weight. So, I started eating more and stopped being so active, and I gained some weight. But, my collarbone, shoulder bone, and ankles stick out a little, and I don't like that. Are there any foods I should eat, or exercises I can do, to gain some pounds or put some meat on my bones? Thanks in advance.

My advice is dont worry about it at your age, I remember all the girls that were very slender in middle school and high school are now the most attractive.

First of all, I strongly recommend a complete physical at your doctor's office to be sure there is no underlying cause for you not gaining weight. Then, ask your doctor what they would recommend for weight gain should YOUR DOCTOR ADVISE THAT YOU REALLY NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT.

you don't need to gain weight. You will wish yourself back and then it's gonna be really hard to get there.
