When I was into martial arts and later weight lifting and aerobics I did not get those big muscles but rather defined all over. You already have muscles but if you want them defined without tremendously increasing the size, use small weights or your body weight to tighten loose flabby areas. I think this is how it was in my exercise classes:
Higher weight+less repititions+ripping and reripping muscles= bigger ones. Lower weights+more repititions=definition/tone
Cardio + light weight lifting (done separately helps to avoid injury) + gentle stagnant stretching (no bouncing) = toned body without injury.
So do the cardio with some light weight lifting. Don't go over a few lbs. Start off with 1 or 3 pound weights with the hand weights. Get exercise (exercise and weight lifting) books that suit your taste. Do stretches.
Do lots of research and find programs that you can tailor make to work for you or join ones at the gym or club if you have the money.
Some people just plain do not have it in their genetics to bulk up like that no matter how much they do it right. If you are naturally skinny and have a small bone frame, I would not worry so much about having bulging muscles, as long as you are not using heavier weights. Also another tip, tensing your muscles during a workout and pretending to have something resisting you or weights can help work that muscle as well.
Exhale as you exert force or slowly lift weights, hold the weight for about 2 secs (not necessary if doing fast cardio without weights or martial arts), then bring back down inhaling.

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. If your concerned about getting to bulky, you need to use less weight and do more reps to get the cutting effect. Since you already eat good, your diet should not change obviously. Use the inner/outter thigh machine at your gym, ask a employee there if your not sure what a thigh machine is, this will help with your thighs. Hope this helps.

If you want to tone out your arms so that they won't flab do some curls but with very light weight no more than 5lbs, do some kick backs, dips or push ups for your triceps. Now for your thighs do some launches or squats. That will tone out your flab in your thighs, running will also help you to cut off any excessive fat. Try it and good luck!

I have never seen a man or woman that got big by accident. developing huge muscles takes years of strict dieting and training, women also produce 1/10 the amount of test on average that men do. it's next to impossible for a woman to get huge muscles with out supplementing with anabolics and eating an excess of calories for an extended period of time.

You can eat more protein- That packs on muscle quicker than anything. Also along with that start lifting those weights, you will look curvier quicker if you start a weight lifting program along with your cardio that you may already be doing! You will not bulk up because you are female and that only happens if you are on steroids.
