is it ok if I burn her a CD as a gift? i can't think of anything else (flowers/candy wont work)

Yes, a compilation of her fave songs is a nice idea, if you know what they are. Alternatively, get the soundtrack of her favourite movie.

Dude if thats you and thats something that YOU would do.. then yes! Candy and flowers are cool too... but the best thing you can do for a girl is something that comes from your heart. It doesn't have to be flowers or candy.. be yourself and don't always be like everyone else..

keep the number of songs less than 20. personalize the disk with some message written on the surface. draw a flower on it or a smiley face but not hearts not yet. good luck

My wife says the CD is cool if you know what kind of music she likes, but I will add this -- don't make it full of love songs or she'll get freaked... lol Good luck.
