Her and I used to flirt in college, but even though she acted like she was interested, she would always say "yeah, we could all hang out". Alot of the time she was around me, she'd turn beet red and hug me very tightly and then play with her leg a little around me and ask her to come visit her.

Not good. You said you missed her and she talks about the weather. Her replies are mostly confined to monosyllables -'Sure', 'Cool'. I don't think she's that interested. If she was and is eager to see you, she'd be saying more.

Sounds like she is somewhat interested in you. More like a friend date, but if you just come out and ask if she is or isn't interested in going further you'll have your answer. Take her to a nice restaurant and see how it goes.

sorrry. but i dont think shes interested. her short answers are more than enough to translate easily. dont push her too hard if you really like her...let her go at her own pace and if it works out...congrats!
