What is a video capture card and how does it work? I heard that it can be used to record someone playing on their xbox so they can upload it on to the internet. how is this done?

It's a card that's installed usually in your PC's PCI port. It will usually have the red, yellow, and white component cable connections, and sometimes S-video and a coaxial connection as well. If you want to record yourself playing Xbox, you would connect your xbox to the card in the same way you would connect it to your TV, and start recording. Hope this helps!
