i want to buy a hd ready tv but it has built in freeview i already have sky digital is this a problem?

No problem, I have them both You cant get HD on freeview yet, you'll need to pay extra, currently £10pm + the cost of a new sky box.

no problem the sky box will run through an other channel on your TV i had the same thoughts when we got a new one

no.your sky connection will run through scart bypassing freeview.
