any ways to get rid of the lactic acid.

I don't have any real advice on the lactic acid side of things, but stretching after I lift weights usually helps for me. Good Luck!

You said that you have soar arms, is this from flying?
If you meant sore arms it is probably due to improper lifting. Either you are lifting too heavy of a weight for your size or no-one has taught you how to lift properly. Ask your boss for proper instruction to prevent injury.

seriously, motrin seems to work the best for me. And time. Don't work out so hard next time.

Take glutamine after your workout for muscle recovery ice hot takes away the pain for alittle while.
