mr Zafarulla, what is not possible for you and your seers may not be the ultimate impossibility. again if you consider that any religion can stand on only on such unnatural feats or miracles is just ignorance. the point here is not that adhi Sankara succeeded in performing this feat or not. but he didn't want to answer a question on a subject that he had no first hand knowledge. for your information Hindu religion profess the unlimited Powers of God in whatever incarnation He is, and by having unshakable trust in Him one can do wonders which others can't. believe in yourself that all God's potential is dormant within you.

First I like to warn Mr.Zafarullah to have written a wrong content like that in this respectfull Page.
Mandan Mishra, a scholar in UP/Bihar is contesting with the Shankarcharya and he was defeated and his wife Bharti was started arguing with the Sankaracharya as in HINDUISM its wife forms part of the Husband she says that she forms part of her Husband so the Sankaracharya must win her also and she started asking questions to Sankaracharya in Grihastrasta that is the family life and he is unable to answer.
So he went in to the body of a dead king and find the answer for the Family Life.
There before leaving the body of the King Sankaracharya told to the Queen that on his death she should not cry (Sankaracharyas soul in the Kings body). This was the realty that nothing is permanent everybody born has to die this what he teaches the rani before his soul starts from the Kings body.

First a word for Zafarulla... you have been talking non-sense about hinduism in all your answers.. it is not reflecting good on Islam. Please be respectful. or dont reply
==============================================

The story goes like this :

Shankracharya went to defeat Mandan Mishra, a scholar in UP/Bihar... he defeated him, but his wife Bharti told that since she is better half of her husband... he will not be defeated until she is also defeated

Shankracharya agreed to argue with her. Then she knowing that he is a celibate, started asking questions on sex.

Shankracharya was stunned, he told I am a Brahmchari..how can I reply these question... Bharti asked him to accept defeat as sex education is also part of hinduism

At this Shankra asked for 2 months time... and then he by the help of yoga left his physical body and entered into body of King Sundhawa, who was dying

There he learnt about physical relations and later defeated Bharati

It is all Hindu mythology. Others will hardly imagine and never believe such fictions and stories. However it is Hindus' belief and faith, which is to be honoured and respected and not to be humiliated or condemned. Such questions by Hindu brothers will explore and expose the true Hinduism to the world.
