If I don't love eating veggies, will I really get the same nutrients with V-8 or something similar? I have heard that eating fruit is better than juicing it; is the same true for vegetables?

There's more fiber in the fruits and veggies. But, juices (100% fruit juice and V-8) are a good substitute when you need/want something different.

Just be careful with all the sodium in V-8. High sodium levels can sometimes stall weight loss. Look for the low sodium V-8, it's just as good!

V-8 is so good. It is two servings of vegtables in one can. If you have sodium issues they offer low sodium. There are even spicy and fruit added options.
