-encouraging, every time I go do something great, he seems to have other things on his mind.
-Cleaning, He always comes home and go "Why is the house a mess? Can't you clean it up. Most of the time it's his mess.
-Talking, Whenever we're in an argument, he will not talk.
-loyalty, I love him, but does he love me back?
The characteristics I look for in a man are being loving, kind, gentle, willing to do ordinary things that women do like cleaning and cooking. I don't look for the bad things, I look for the good.
-hope this helped.

Like an equal. It's really an issue of mutual respect and communication. It's always important to:
-Not hide anything from her. She wants to know about anything important going on in your life. Too many guys hold stuff back
-Never, EVER lie. I don't care if you think it doesn't hurt anything--if she finds out, she'll instantly think less of you for not being straight with her. Even over something small.
-If you think she's not the romantic type, you're wrong. Every girl likes to be surprised with flowers, a date to a nice restaurant, etc. now and then. Cooking dinner is always great.
Edit to add: If this girl's worth it, she won't care how much money you have. When I suggest surprising her now and then, I don't mean it needs to be a weekly thing or shower her with gifts. Just be a little spontaneous and show her you care.

I love my husband but I wish he was more active around the house. I work, volunteer do most of the housework, all the cooking and minor stuff around the house. I treats me well except when I get on him for not doing enough.
He treats me welll in the general sense, I just wish he 'helped' more.

I think women liked to be romanced. I wish sometimes my boyfriend would bring me flowers for no occasion, that would be sweet, or plan a weekend away for us. Just be spontaneous and romantic in ways that show you care and love someone. I think for some men being this way does not come naturally and takes effort and planning, so when it does happen, I am always so pleasantly suprised and appreciative.

I wish he would pay more attention to the litte things. I would like to be touched more, in little ways, like he would be the one to reach over and take my hand or put a hand on my shoulder. It seems like I am the only one who does this. I would like to be treated like I am the #1 thing in his life.

Well I would like a guy that cares for me, that will call me anytime of the day to just tell me that he misses me, that will be very honest with me about anything, and that will never be afraid to show his emotions in front of me,and just to send me flowers any day of the week just because its that day. And that he would respect me,and he would not do anything to hurt me.

I want him to treat me like a person. I shouldn't have to tell him to do something, he should be willing to help out,. Also he should pick up after himself. Like I told him, I'm not your mother and I'm not your maid.

My boyfriend does it all the time when we're fine! But when he gets mad at me,that's actually the FIRE!
