Did you mean in long term or in the short term?

In the long term, try eating Fish, or buy some Omega3 tablets - If Fish isn't your thing, try Flaxseed oil, which contains Omegas 3,6 and 9 (although only Omega3 helps with concentration)

In the short term - avoid coffee, although it does seem to energize the mind, it de-focuses the attention. There is this great Argentine tea called "Yerba Mate" (yes, completely legal ;) which is like coffee, but tastes better, and doesn't have the side-effects. Students in Argentina swear by it, and after trying it, so do I... you can probably get it in any South American store or tea shop.
