I have a 250cc glass of champagne and another glass of wine.
How long after drinking one of them, we get intoxicated or happy? 10 minutes or?

You can get drunk before you finish it, if the conditions are right, as the alcohol can get absorbed right through the esophagus

When you drink wine it goes to the blood stream faster then champagne because its not carbonated.

i think you answered your own question lol! i beleive it will take more than a glass to do it unless you have never drank alcohol before!
