I really want a flatter stomach . I have a very fast metabolism, so I am already average size/slender without much exercize. However, I have very little time in my schedule to go to a gym, I'm a junior in high school and I have a part time job on top of that. What can I do to be more toned and have nice abs? (Diet and exercize tips please!) I need some help with my triceps and butt too. Thanks for your answers!!!

To achieve the flat or toned stomach, you need to do cardio to burn the fat and a variety (not just sit ups or crunches) of ab exercises.

Try some of the "tummy toning" workout routines there. And if you have hateful love handles, consider doing the no love for love handles workout routine. And if you want to kick it up a notch to abs, I recommend the Ab Boot Camp.

I'm sure your actually beautiful and have a wonderfuly flat stomach but if you want it to be a bit flatter then about 50-60 crunches and sit-ups a day for 3-4 weeks you should start seeing results. Good Luck!
