"girl friends" who all happen to be his ex girlfriends and are married with kids now. The funny thing is none of their husbands know that he is talking to them. How can I handle my reactions to all of this better?

well obviously this guy is just an insecure person who needs reassurance.... my ex was the same way! he loved to make me jealous. and it worked. i guess that's gives them more security in a way i guess! but i don't think its YOUR problem. you have a reason to be jealous its not like coming out of nowhere! he has the problem!! tell him that this is just ruining the relationship which i think it is... you can't trust a person like that! maybe you should ignore it and maybe he'll realize he's just being stupid! but then again, he might do it more to get a reaction from you so the best thing to do is to tell him that he needs to stop. or leave him or something that's not healthy!

Have a SERIOS talk with this guy. He is obviously very insecure or he would't need for you to believe he might leave at any minute. This is emotional abuse and he is trying to control you through your jealousy and the feeling of insecurity it gives YOU. Will you ever be able to trust a man who is already having contact with women behind their husband's backs, especially when it hurts his current relationship? I wouldn't! He needs help and you need to decide if you want a long-term relationship with someone whose own mental state includes a need to torment and control you. Look up emotional abuse on Google and read some of the stuff that describes it. I found my own boyfriend's behavior there and decided I didn't want a life of constant turmoil and confilct. Good luck.

umm if I were you I would be feeling the same way. its natural to feel that, I personally think its kind of mean for him to be doing that to you but thats just me. Just talk to him and tell him that you really don't like it when he does stuff like that. be calm when you do it and just make sure he really understands how you feel. if he keeps doing it leave him he isn't worth it you'll find better okay?

I say just ignore him if that doesn't work try to talk to him and tell him ( in a calmly matter) that what he is doing doesn't make you feel right.

it's not cool if your bf tries to make you jealous on purpose. why is he doing that? he is playing with your feelings! you have to tell him to stop. he knows that you get jealous easily, so why is he doing it on purpose? if he doesn't stop when you tell him to, he's a jerk. dump him and move on. a bf who truly cares for you would never try to make you jealous on purpose.
