Yes the procedure is safe. I wouldn't recommend it for a 14 year old for one of to reasons:
1) Your eyes could naturally readjust themselves.
2) Since your young after you have the laser surgery/treatment the your eye sight change again similar to the way your eyes change a little bit each time you get new glasses.

No you can not have it at the age of 14. You have to be 18 and still, there are restrictions. You'd have to look into them. They are things such as.. Is your eye sight really bad?? There are many concerns if it is. Also, do you have any astigmatism and such? Also, many concerns if you do.. I'd say look into it. But, you do have to be 18. Sorry! Hope this helps.

Ask your eye Doctor he knows about this I warn you this is quite expensive & yes glasses are cheaper
