جاري is more like "Jerry", but that's how Egyptians would spell your name and everyone else would mispronounce it. Standard pronounciation is "jary" Plus it means "my neighbour" in Arabic.
That's how it's written correctly: Gary = غاري , pronounced as "ghary" and it means "my cave".
but can also be spelled like this: كاري and it's pronounced "kary"
