No. He took the Human Growth Hormone (HGH). At 60 years old, it would be kinda hard to look as cut as he did in the latest Balboa movie.

YES... he has been banned from Australia for life. and has to pay 100,000 dollars. for bringing Illegal Human Growth hormones into the country. it did not take him long to gain muscle to film his last movie "Rocky Balboa" it puzzled the Film Crew. how he got muscle so fast in little months.

If he didn't why was he caught with it going into Australia as I doubt he's a dealer!
60 year old men can be fit but come on! There's fit and really fit (body-wise only - he's ugly and sounds like my frog!)
