I am a person who falls apart eaisly and heard that ph levels can have a lot to do with how healthy you are. I bought the strips you pee on from the pharmacy and tested once at night and once in the morning. At night I tested 5.6, and 7.8 in the morning. Which is correct? I've also read that you have to fast for awhile to get an accurate reading. Is this true? And for how long?

I got the strips form a pharmacy in Germany. They seem to think t's the correct way to check pH levels. If this is wrong, what is the correct way?

they are all correct!

Urine pH doesn't tell you what you body pH is. If your body pH were 5 or 6 or even 7.8, I assure you that you'd be quite dead.

Human pH is in the 7.2 range always.

Your first urination in the morning is different because it is more concentrated.
Your urine pH can change depending on what you've been drinking.
Urine pH is not something which is regularly tested. It is done during an urinalysis. It can show if you have some metabolic problems or an infection.
