These are place names in Normandy in France. They don't translate, except in one instance.

St-Jean-le-Thomas
Avranches
St Michael Mount Bay
Carolles
Genêts (the meaning of the place name is "broom", i.e. the plant)

im pretty sure they're place names cuz they sound like them and sounds like if they're in France too. hth
