I wouldn't due to the citric acid in it might eat away at some vitamins in the protien.

Why not? It's liquid, right? But the taste, yuk! Depends what flavor you have, if it's chocolate or vanilla that would be pretty bad. I just use water for mine.

hey i mix it with full fat milk and sugar syrup post workout for an insulin spike but normally just with semi skimmed milk
