I am 13 years old and i weigh 140 pounds. Most of the fat is in my legs and belly. Everything else is skinny except for my stomach and legs. Mostly my stomach cause i have the biggest one . Probably the biggest one out of my friends. How do i lose all this weight on my stomach without gaining muscle? I have so much belly fat and i need some help ! I just wanna lose weight and keep my shape ( my arms, maybe my legs, butt, etc) i just need to lose that belly !
