I am 13 years old and i weigh 140 pounds. Most of the fat is in my legs and belly. Everything else is skinny except for my stomach and legs. Mostly my stomach cause i have the biggest one . Probably the biggest one out of my friends. How do i lose all this weight on my stomach without gaining muscle? I have so much belly fat and i need some help ! I just wanna lose weight and keep my shape ( my arms, maybe my legs, butt, etc) i just need to lose that belly !

I'm 13 year old, i weight 80 pound my mom told me to quit drinking soda and more water, no ice cream, no butter,and eat healthy, but not all the time,i use to weight 100 pounds, and my mom told me i ate alot because i was bored and did not have any thing to do.

When doing crunches or sit-ups suck in a little bit with your stomach. To help you with your sit-ups try sticking your toes under the couch to keep your feet down. Eat healthy and not in huge portions. Good luck! Stay active!
