You may not have to ask right away...You need to talk to him,find something in common to talk about & his attitude can tell you alot about how much he is into you..If he seems interested to talk a while then let time be on your side & enjoy what you share at that moment..then theres nothing wrong with asking him to go to a movie or hang out together,alone or a group setting at a later date..Give it time to see if your meant for each other..okay?..good luck!

Here's an idea if u've got his email/msn address or something..... register with: http://www.crushinfo.com/ and send him (and possibly some others to cover it up) the link asking him to fill it out coz its funny. Then just wait for his response.....

Try telling someone else to ask him for you.
If not you could always get his friends to do it.
Or start a rumor ((very subtly)) that you like him and see what his response is.
