Eph 6:13 , 18 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying

This is one of my favorite passages. I have it printed out and keep it on my desk.

He uses the imagery of protective armor to express how Faith, knowledge of Christ’s teachings, the Holy Spirit, righteousness, salvation are all the protection we need to face any difficulty in life. And I do mean ANY difficulty. Never doubt this. This is the truth.

That is the armor that you had better have on now, but esspecially when the Antichrist arrives. It is the only defense you have against the enemy who is not flesh and blood, but spirits and principalities from high places;
One of the most important pieces of it is
the knowledge of the Plan of God. If you do not equip yourself with the Word of God, then you won't know whether you are being deceived or not. Ephesians 6 is one of the most important things you will read in the Word. Certainly, the most important if you are to be a soldier for Christ in these end-times; without it, you would be like a soldier who is sent to Iraq with flowers and candy instead of gun and amunition.

Ephesians 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

The whole armor of God is the believer's protection against the Evil One. His Word. His promises.

"Put on" conveys the idea of permanence, indicating that armor should be Christian's sustained, life-long attire. Paul uses the common armor worn by Roman soldiers as the analogy for the believer's spiritual defense and affirms its necessity if one is to hod his position while under attack. : )

I do imagine 1 million Corinthians 15:29 is information that the church is actual, even if. It demonstrates that baptism for the useless replaced into practiced in person-friendly words 40 years after Christ's resurrection - yet there is in person-friendly words one church on earth immediately nonetheless preparation it.

Since people are not really our enemies, there is no reason to carry on wars with them. As Christians, we must look beyond the person to the enemy that is working them without their knowledge. This is true for circumstances, also.

Since we know that the devil and his army are real, we know that Ephesians 6:11-17 are telling us how to fight off his attacks, and in some cases, prevent ourselves from being drawn into them.

Living at all times in truth, righteousness, peace, faith, our salvation, and in the Spirit, according to the Word of God.

If we are living according to God's Word, spending time in it regularly, we can defeat the devil no matter who or what he sends our way.

It is spiritual armor, nothing you can wear with your physical body. Every single piece is improtant so wear it all because the evil one is just waiting for you to put down your shield of faith then he will pounce on you. Stand firm then with the full armor of God.
