I am 14 years old, 5 foot 6.5 inches, and I weigh 105 pounds. How many calories am i supposed to eat?

let me tell you this, you sound like you have a great figure! you shouldnt be worrying about your weigh or calories too much, as long as you are active. i think its 2000 calories for an active female. anyhow, you`re 14, enjoy life!

The normal daily recomended value for a women is 2000 calories. I would assume since you are still growing, you might be alloted a few more calories since you are probably more active. Check out this website about what would be a healthy breakdown of what you should eat.
