maybe it has gotten too dry from over use of straighteners...use a deep conditioning treatment or better yet consult your stylist

Instead of using blow dryer, do roller-set. I would recommend to go to a latin/hispanic salon since latin hair have same texture as you described.

Go to a salon and tell them about your hair problem and maybe they can tell you exactly what to do!!
