i need a total body work -out like i need a flat tummy and more slimer thighs and lose backfat and dont tell me to strav myself cuz that just puts it back on more trust me I know

Congratulations on your choice to get fit!!! Make sure you stick to a healthy diet, and of course make sure you exercise, at least every other day. Combine cardio with strenght training, and you'll see that you will lose weight fast. GOOD LUCK!!!

step 1: modify proportions
Most Americans eat 2x as much as they should. Reconsider your proportions. This will take a week or so to get used to.

step2: eliminate toxins.
Toxins include fake sugar (aspratame, splenda, nutrisweet, and especially high fructose corn syrp). Also eliminate preservatives and additives. Best to shop the perimeter of the store (that means the outside) which includes fruit, veggies, meat, poultry, fish, dairy, etc. The stuff on the inside of the store is boxed, frozen, and filled with preservatives. If it doesn't rot, it's not good for you! Preservatives will slow down your metabolism too!

3. Boost metabolism.
Doing 30 minutes of cardio & obtaining your ideal heart rate is a good start. Exercise performed outdoors is preferred. You will maybe feel "tired" for up to 2 weeks when you start, but that will pass and you will get a new found energy and might not be able to realize how you did without it in the first place!

Do you skip meals? If you do then you need to stop because when you do not eat your body has nothing to burn and your metabolism slows down. That causes you to gain weight. Drinking more water. Substituting water for drinks mean you are consuming less calories. Try to exercise if you are not or exercise a little more. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Take walk after dinner. Every little bit helps.

I'm not gonna tell u to starve at all! A gr8 way to lose ur weight is by gradually reducing ur calories. Everything will b fine. 4example; if u take 3000-5000 cals a day, gradually reduce it. Gradually in this way that cut off things one-by-one. Like first lessen sugar proportion in meals and then finish it. Then lessen use of white flour, buttered foods and eat as many fruits and salads u like! I ud say to leave junk food right away. ( i know it's hard!)

Ur minimum meal, (after 15 days of gradual decreasing) can b a muffin, sandwich(low-cal) etc or any fruit u like. U shud take a liquid too like a cup of coffee, tea, juice etc. 4 lunch, a bowl of soup with a bread roll and 4 dinner, boiled chicken or a simple cup of milk. If u still want to eat when hungry b/w meals, then eat a bowl of salad or any fruit!

Loads of water is compulsory! Gud luck !

It a balanced diet, but do not over eat. Then, get plenty of exercise that is directed by an expert that will tone up the areas that you want to. The only way to lose weight is to cut down on calaries and increase in burning them up via working out, walking, swimming, biking and other exercise.

I asked similar question and was told to watch
my sodium intake and carbs. Also watch portion
size. Start exercising. Aerobics to raise heart rate.
I did some yesterday, legs are killing me today but
I can tell its working. Good luck! I know for me its
also keeping up with exercising.

join a gym, and have a few sessions with a trainer - they will show you which exercises you need to do. you dont have to starve, that slows down the body`s metabolism. have breakfast, lunch dinner and two snacks in between.. just cut down on fatty and fried foods and sugary drinks.

I was too fat
I go too IROBIC (don't know the right spell :) trice a week.
now I'm so fit and normal and it happend just in 4 months!!!!
try to dont eat much. Its hard but it reaaaaaaally works.

you do not have to starve yourself! hard work in gym, and proper diet!! can help you lose weight! it comes down to burning off more calories and carbs than you intake! exercise is key!
