I'm on a diet.
I have nothing really healthy to eat in my house but I'm starving. I cant go get nothing to eat because I cant drive and my moms sleep basically DONT TELL ME TO GO GET ANYTHING!!! out of these things what should I eat for breakfast:

Hotdog
Chilli
Ramen Noodles
Chips
Pizza Rolls
Fries [I'll put them in the oven]

Or should I just not eat nothing and wait until my mom gets up and get a side salad from McDonalds?

Well, dude, eat what you want. Sounds to me like you're insecure with your weight. Well the best to lose weight is to excercise. Eat power bars if you're desprite. And eat some unhealthy stuff. It won't kill you to cave just this once. But the bottom line is not eating isn't good. Just stay hydrated and excercise.

Wow! What a terrible selection for a breakfast. Doesn't your mom ever do any grocery shopping? Or doesn't she know what to buy? Of the things you listed, I'd say pizza rolls are probably the lesser of all those other evils. A side salad at McDonalds isn't very filling if you haven't had anything else to eat. Who put you on this diet? Yourself? I kind of think so. No self-respecting nutritionist would put a growing child on that kind of regimen. Tell your mom when she wakes up, that you're starving, and get her to take you with her to the grocery store. Buy some whole-grain cereals, low fat milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables (canned, frozen or fresh), chicken, fish, low fat cheese, and no more junk food. Unless she sees to it that you get some healthful foods in your system, she could be reported to the authorities and you might end up in a foster home where you can be properly cared for. This is not your fault. It's your mother's responsibility to provide you with proper meals. Tell her it's time to wake up!

If she persists in neglecting you this way, talk to your other relatives; father, grandparents, aunts and uncles. No child should go hungry. If it's a matter of money, your mother can apply for assistance through the welfare department, and get food stamps and help with rent. However, it sounds to me like a case of sheer neglect.

well you dont have many healthy choices. I would have one serving of chips...but that is just me.
I think your best choice would be to wait and instead of going to mcdonalds to get a salad(which probably has more calories and fat in it than anything you have listed), you should go to a grocery store or even a well-stocked gas station and get something even a little healthier.maybe fruit or make your own salad or cereal or a breakfast bar. good luck! :)

wow i feel sorry for your lifestyle, wish you had some fruit or veggies at home, salads at mcdonals unfortunatly do not have enough vitamins and calories to satisfy you. i would like to know what type of diet you are on....if you need to eat something now and that is really all you have (i highly bout that) but chose the chili, it is probably the one with the most protein, good carbs, but high in sodium, fat and calories...reasearch more on what you should be eating....research clean eating...your body will thank you

I'd have the hotdog and fries. Then get tour Mom to take you for the salad.

My son insisted on chicken flavored ramon noodles this morning. Weird. I guess if it works for an 8 year old......
