Nothing, in most cities it is against the law to hang things from your review mirror as it can obstruct your clear vision of the road .

i have a " love bug" made by a little girl that i love, and also a "snitch" (harry potter)made by the same little girl.. they've been hanging there for a few years, but she still seems thrilled that i love them, so i don't take them down
