the power is in the blood of Jesus that was she for our sins, and was used to cleanse the altar.
by shedding His blood, he paid the sin debt that Adam and Eve cause by their disobedience, and made us all sin captives.

I like that song, "Heir to..."! It's the 1st thing that came to my head.

Also,

The life is in the blood (Lev 17:10-11) that's why Jews had a special way of slaughtering animals, and really is the only "clean" way to do it (draining the blood from the body) but it makes the meat taste better to leave the blood inside. Oops, that's a bit of a side note! And I think that's why JW's don't allow blood transfusions.

The Power is in the shed blood of Christ - He died for our sins so we can live with God eternally. For w/o the shedding of blood there is no remission. The Power is given us now to overcome sin which otherwise would make us captives of Satan.

The precious blood of Jesus is what is going to cover your filthy sins so that God can look upon you and not be disgusted.

No works you can ever do with your hands can get you right with God. None. People judge goodness by their standards and not God's. Use the 10 commandments to judge yourself and see how you fare.

God made the provision: Without the shedding of innocent blood (Jesus was God therefore, guiltless, Holy and pure) there can be no remission of sin. Holy is the Lamb of God that was slay for the sins of the World.

I think that is more of a Jehovah witnesses theory.
That is why they feel they cant take blood transfusions. But the truth is God is life. Not blood. He is your life force. Blood is just part of the flesh.
