Even those who have nothing intelligent to say have the same right to say it as you have to ask them not to! If you don't like what people have to say then don't visit Yahoo Answers. Some interesting points are raised here and some even get their questions answered too, so everyone should have the right to say what they want whether you find it intelligent or not!
Regarding "stooping to insults", it's only people like you who think of them as insults!
So there! Read on or clear off and watch some TV or something!

It would be wonderful. Y!A is unfortunately infested with what I call neo-atheist trolls, who are rebelling against the Christianity they think their parents tried to teach them, but get their opinions from people like Brian Flemming (gack, talk about people who have nothing intelligent to say).
They get on and say "Hey! What about Osiris! Hah! That proves Christianity is a fake!", having no idea that theories about Osiris have been debunked so many times and for so long - beliefs like Osiris are just discarded 19th century fantasies, being spelled out in detail over a century ago in Frazer's "The Golden Bough."
Sadly, Christians can do the same thing, too, and they should know better. In any case, insults against a person or against his family, background, place of residence, or religion, are completely uncalled for.

Very few, if any, people consider themselves stupid, ignorant, or foolish. They speak because, in their own minds, they do have something intelligent to say. By likening them to "immature children on the playground" you, yourself are guilty of that about which you complain. Reference to bible verse concerning logs and specks.

I am just tierd of people attacking religions and ideas that they know nothing about. People who think everyone else is closed minded, usually are the close minded people. I just heard someone say yoga is vodoo...why must people be so ignorant??
