I charge £8 per sq m + £20 per room. Any more and you are getting ripped off any less and you may be getting a cowboy or cowgirl
Best way of checking if they are any good is how soon they can do it, a good Carpenter should be booked up for at least 2 weeks

If you are a Woman on your own....A LOT?
I had my downstairs cloakroom {which is very Small] upstairs En-suite floor {again not that big} my Bathroom {not a large area] and downstairs Hallway which is appox from front door to Lounge door 6 ft long and 2 & a half foot wide,it included the Click in Laminated flooring and materials.
They charged me £694.00 ....had 2 boxes of Flooring left over that I had paid for and they wanted to take it away....when I said that I had paid for it ,they turned round and said....It's our Perks?......I told them to S.d off.... they didn't get the Perks and I didn't recommend them to my Freinds either.
