My parents have a favorite kid out of the four of us. It's very obvious. I was perfect for eleven years, I screwed up once and now they respect my brother far more than I. I don't want to be better than him but I want to be liked. Any advice?

Be who you are.
Siblings aren't in a competition.
Parents always have a favorite, no matter what they say. It has nothing to do with the kind of person you are or the errors yyou make- it's all personality.
Face it- you may not be your parents" favorite but at least you are yourself and don't need their validation...

I'm sure your parents already like you. And this sounds like a good case of sibling rivalry and jealousy. If you did something that was bad, you may have to improve on your behavior. After a while, I'm sure your parents will come around.

just do good in school help out in the house and behave also start planing things about coleege their going to think that ur real mature and respect u a lot

we do think the same at home. my brother is a favourate one (althuogh he is naught & make them angry specailly my mom) so we asked our parents y.
they said never but he is younger we love all the same
we talked about more detials then they said ok we can do that for u too.
tk it easy even if u had done something wrong one day they love for sure

Earn their trust back. What did you screwed up on?
Talk to them face to face. Tell them what you truly feel.
Maybe, they don't realize that they are hurting you. Some parents do that unconciuosly.
