The Language is Urdu (The Official Language Of Pakistan).

The language is Hindi. HIndi is the national language of a country called India. What the sentence means (roughly) is this: "When he (or she) comes, it will be possible to agree on a specific date." The word "woh" is a way of saying "him" or "her" but the gender is clear only from the context. Because the sentence uses the form "aengE" instead of "aenga" (male) or "aengi" (female) it seems that the person is someone that the speaker respects (someone who is not a peer or a friend). However, "aengE" can also imply that more than one person is to arrive before the decision is made.

It sounds Gaelic to me. Ireland or Scotland. I think it means, "Hey, while you're in there, fix me a big sandwich."
