How do you get any guy to like you. Flirt some, make him some compliments. The older we get the more foolish we get and the quicker we accept compliments from the ladies.

An older guy? You don't. The majority of teen pregnancies are caused by "older guys" who run off as soon as the girl gets pregnant. I'm not kidding, statistics show that girls are more likely to get pregnant by older, more experienced guys. But older doesn't mean responsible enough to stick around and help raise the baby. Stick with guys your own age.

Depends on how much older...
If he's 1-2-3 yr older just let it happen.

If he's 5 yr or more maybe he's afraid of the age difference
or if you're under 18 maybe he fears the legal responsibility and doesn't want to end up on dateline.

i was in this same situation like two months ago and i just acted more mature around him but in the end he still said i was to young i think that if you and an older guy were meant to be it will happen but if not theres plenty other fish to fry
