You can give any amount to a spouse as a gift without having to file a gift tax.

Gifts that you give, except to registered charities, can NOT be deducted from your taxes, though, if that's what you're asking.

Gifts between spouses are ulimited. They are fully exempt from Gift Taxes.

There are no tax exemption for gifts to spouses.
