Supposedly, St. John's wart,Valerian root and loads of B Vitamin's. Stay away from caffeine and sugar. Do you suffer from anxiety, panic attacks or both? Do they happen out of the blue or in crowded places? There are millions of people suffering from different forms of anxiety. I am one of them. I am sensitive to Carbon Dioxide which no book or breathing technique can cure. In most cases, only Rx drugs can improve the symptoms. In my opinion, they should be your last resort!

As far as anything over the counter, my doctor told me once when I was out of ativan that I could take a dose of regular benadryl to make myself drowsy. I don't know if that's what you're going for but it helped me one night when I was freaking out! Just to be safe, I would check with a pharmacist to be sure it won't interact with anything else you maybe taking and if you do decide to take it, get ready to nap! Also, obviously this won't be something to take for the long term, so you should definitly see your doctor and make him/her aware if you haven't already done so! Good luck, hope this helps!

Why rely on drugs?

Why don't you learn how to cope with your anxiety and try to defeat it?

Talk to your doctor or get one of the many books on anxiety and try to understand where its coming from.

I don't think so, but there is always, like, YOGA and stuff which is free and easy. If you go to a doctor and tell them, they can probably prescribe you something.
