Yes. Especially if I am out of town on holiday. If I do something embarrassing then I don't really care because I'll probably never see them again.

Sure!! Keyword here is 'Strangers'.... Most likely you will never meet them again, so heck yes,
Examples are: Jesus freaks who knock on your door tring to sell you "Their God" . Or whatever... If you act this way ALL the tme, then you don't have to worry about the "strangers" problem.....Everyone will be a stranger since you will have no friends at all.
